2025 All-GeauxPreps Small School Football Squad Announced

The 2025 All-GeauxPreps Small School Team shines a spotlight on the standout performers from Louisiana’s Class 1A and Class 2A football programs across both Select and Non-Select divisions.
Ascension Catholic’s Trevin Simon was named the 2025 GeauxPreps.com Outstanding Offensive Player after a record-breaking season that carried the Bulldogs to the Division IV Select State Title game.
Simon rushed for 3,994 yards and 57 touchdowns, setting new Louisiana state records for both rushing yards and rushing touchdowns in a single season.
On the defensive side, Kendrick Wyatt Jr. of Mansfield earned Outstanding Defensive Player honors following a junior campaign that anchored the Wolverines’ 10-3 record and a trip to the quarterfinals.
Wyatt finished the season with 141 total tackles, 16 tackles for loss, two sacks, two forced fumbles, and one interception, averaging 11.8 tackles per game.
