Braylon Calais – Cecilia – 2027

Cecilia’s Braylon Calais is one of the most versatile prospects not only in the state of Louisiana but in the country. At 6’2″, 191 pounds, the Class of 2027 athlete lines up at wide receiver, running back, and in the secondary. Ranked as the No. 9 player in Louisiana and the No. 8 athlete in the nation by On3, Calais has already drawn offers from Ohio State, LSU, Miami, Texas A&M, Houston, and more.

Bryce Restovich – Loyola – 2027

Restovich is quickly becoming one of North Louisiana’s top young signal-callers. The 6’2″, 180-pound rising junior put together an excellent 2024 season, throwing for over 2,000 yards and 31 touchdowns, adding 3 more scores on the ground. And no – this isn’t just a homer pick because I’m a former Flyer… he’s really that good.

Dezyrian Ellis – Franklin Parish – 2026

Franklin Parish Patriot Dezyrian Ellis is one of Louisiana’s most highly regarded prospects in the Class of 2026. Ranked as the No. 8 player in the state and the No. 23 cornerback in the nation by On3, Ellis committed to LSU after drawing offers from Michigan State, West Virginia, and more. He stars at quarterback for the Patriots but is projected as a cornerback at the next level. The four-star was named to the LSWA All-State team in 2024.

Nathan Dubroc – North DeSoto – 2026

North DeSoto’s Nathan Dubroc is the engine that powers one of Louisiana’s most explosive offenses. The 6’1, 265-pound tackle earned LSWA First Team All-State honors in 2024 and returns as a cornerstone for the Griffins’ 2026 campaign. Dubroc squats 535 pounds and deadlifts 475, combining strength with effort in the trenches. As North DeSoto eyes another quarterfinal appearance and potentially a trip to the dome, Dubroc will be a driving force in that pursuit.

Jacob Crain – Franklinton – 2026

Franklinton signal-caller Jacob Crain returns as one of the top offensive playmakers in Class 4A. The 2024 District 7-4A offensive MVP and LSWA honorable mention All-State selection threw for over 2,400 yards and 24 touchdowns while leading the Demons to a state championship appearance.
