Action Begins Today at a historic 2025 LHSAA Wrestling State Tournament

The 2025 LHSAA Wrestling State Tournament will be one for the history books as it officially introduces a Girls Wrestling State Championship for the first time.
This milestone reflects how much the sport has grown in Louisiana and the dedication of schools and coaches to creating opportunities for all athletes. LHSAA Assistant Executive Director Adam MacDowell called it “a momentous step for wrestling in Louisiana,” emphasizing the significance of this expansion in a release from the association.
The action kicks off today. Saturday’s competition starts at 10:00 a.m., building up to the championship finals at 5:00 p.m., where history will be made. See everything you need to know below!

BAG POLICY:
