LHSAA Releases 2026 Softball Playoff Brackets, State Tournament Set for May 1-2
The LHSAA has officially released the 2026 softball playoff brackets, setting the stage for a championship run across the state. The postseason begins with the bi-district round, which must be completed by April 18, followed by the regional round deadline on April 22 and the quarterfinal round on April 25.
Teams that advance will punch their ticket to the state tournament, set for May 1-2, at the North Frasch Softball Complex in Sulphur. The semifinals will take place on Friday, May 1, with state champions crowned during the finals on Saturday, May 2.
