LHSAA Softball State Tournament Suspended Due to Inclement Weather; Schedule Adjusted for Weekend Play

SULPHUR, La. — The LHSAA has announced a suspension of the 2025 Softball State Tournament due to inclement weather conditions that moved into the area Friday afternoon.
As a result of the weather delay, the Friday 2:30 pm semifinal session has been rescheduled for Saturday at 12:00 pm, and the Friday 5:00 pm session will now be played Saturday at 3:00 p.m.
State championship games will proceed on Sunday at their originally scheduled times: 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Fans tickets that were purchased for Fridays semi-final games will be honored on Saturday and the tickets purchased for Saturday’s Championship games will be honored on Sunday.
