Pope John Paul II Announces Taylor Ricaud as Head Volleyball Coach

Pope John Paul II has announced the hiring of Taylor Ricaud as the program’s new Head Volleyball Coach.

Ricaud brings 11 years of experience to PJP, including the past three seasons as head coach at Mount Carmel. During her time there, the program captured multiple district and state championships and made consistent appearances in the LHSAA state tournament. She has also spent the last eight years coaching club volleyball with WD Nation.

“I am most excited to rebuild the program while instilling confidence in our girls, helping them grow as athletes, and believe that through hard work and faith, they can achieve anything,” Ricaud said.

PJP Athletic Director Richard Dieudonné expressed confidence in the hire, “We are extremely excited to welcome Coach Ricaud as part of the Jaguar Family. Her résumé and vision are a perfect match for what we are looking for in a leader for our female athletes.”
