Thibodaux High School has announced Lowell Narcisse as its new head football coach, bringing fresh leadership to a program aiming for a turnaround. Narcisse joins Thibodaux after a successful stint at Ascension Catholic, where he guided the Bulldogs to an 11-2 overall record, a perfect 5-0 district mark, and a semifinal appearance in his first season as head coach.

Narcisse, a former three-star prospect out of St. James High School, brings a wealth of playing and coaching experience to the Tigers. He began his collegiate career at LSU before transferring to Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and eventually finishing his playing years at the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA).

Thibodaux struggled in 2024, finishing with a 4-6 record and a 1-5 mark in district play. This coaching change follows the departure of Drey Trosclair, who led the team for two seasons.
