2022 Preview

Head coach Dennis Skains returns an experienced group of starters including a talented senior class as the Bulldogs look to improve on a 10-win season and quarterfinal appearance from a year ago.

On offense, Cecilia's fortunes will depend on the improvement in the trenches in the first few weeks of the season with a plethora of skill players at their disposal. Senior wide receiver Germonie Davis (1,020 yards, 10 TDs receiving) returns as the top target for dual-threat field general Diesel Solari (1,219 total yards, 13 total TDs) along with other supporting cast members that will make the Bulldogs a threat to even the stingiest of defenses.

The biggest question mark lies with the defense who returns seven starters but is missing core contributors from last year's class such as Cade Poirier and Kennedy Livings. Senior defensive backs Reginald Boutte and Ridge Collins return to head up the secondary while linemen Kendrick Alexander and Blake Stevens are sure to give problems to any running game they come across.
