2022 Preview
Eunice expects to be deeper and more experienced as it prepares for a tough pre-district schedule that is sure to get them prepared for a deep playoff run. With over 80% of its offensive production returning from a year ago, head coach Andre Vige feels better about entering the new season with more experience and depth.
Its biggest question mark early in the season will come in the trenches having lost some of its key starters. However, the Bobcats will be experienced at the skilled positions as six running backs return and will rotate in an attempt to wear down opposing defenses.
On defense, senior Hayden Darbonne (88 tackles, 1 sack) returns to head up a unit that lost six starters from 2021 although most of the experience lies with the secondary as well as the linebacker positions.
