2021 All-GeauxPreps Small School Football Team Announced

LAKE CHARLES — GeauxPreps.com is proud to announce its selections for the inaugural All-GeauxPreps Small School Football team.

The small school team is composed of student-athletes from Class 1A as well as Class 2A who best represented high school football in Louisiana.

Calvary Baptist senior quarterback Landry Lyddy, who threw for a state best 4,247 yards, highlights the offensive selections. The Louisiana Tech signee passed for 53 touchdowns and completed over 73 percent of his passes. Freshman running back Harlem Berry was a sensation for St. Martin’s this season with over 2,036 yards gained on just 164 carries in only 7 games.

On defense, Many’s Tackett Curtis totaled 128 tackles, four interceptions and three forced fumbles while Jonesboro-Hodge’s Xavier Atkins led the state with 219 tackles as well as 10 sacks and three forced fumbles.

The All-GeauxPreps Large School Football Team will be released on Thursday.
