Division I: 

Hammond continues to impress, extending its unbeaten run to six consecutive games. St. Paul’s also stays undefeated after taking down last year’s state finalist Dutchtown. 

Covington- Week 3 games: vs. Franklinton, @ Christ Episcopal. 

Hammond- T 4-4 vs. Grace King, W 2-1 vs. De La Salle. Week 3 games: vs Broadmoor. 

Fontainebleau- Week 3 games: @ Kenner Discovery, vs. Been Franklin. 

Mandeville- Week 3 games: vs. Dutchtown. 

Northshore – T 0-0 vs. Brother Martin. Week 3 games: vs. University Lab. 

Slidell- Week 3 games: @ Grace King, @ Pope John Paull II. 

St. Paul’s- W 2-1 vs. Dutchtown. Week 3 games: @ St. Amant, vs. St. Thomas More, Copa Acadiana Tournament. 

Ponchatoula- W 2-0 @ Pineville. Week 3 games: vs. Woodlawn BR

Week 3 Preview:

St. Paul’s will look to validate their status as a championship contender this week when they take on two top teams from Division 1 and 2 and end their week against more top opposition at the Copa Acadiana Tournament in Lafayette. Meanwhile, Fontainebleau, Slidell, and Northshore all have tough matchups in week three. 

Division II:

Lakeshore- Week 3 games: @ Pearl River, @ St. Amant, vs. St. Martin’s Episcopal. 

Week 3 Preview:

Lakeshore starts its season with tough matchups against D1 powerhouse St. Amant and D4 playoff contender St. Martin’s. 

Division III:

Pearl River- Week 3 games: vs. Lakeshore, vs. Salmen. 

Archbishop Hannan- Week 3 games: @ David Thibodaux, vs. Archbishop Rummel. 

Week 3 Preview:

Pearl River will look to get its first win of the season this week as it faces cross-town competitor Salmen. Hannan will have their hands full with a quality David Thibodaux team and one of the top contenders in Division II, Rummel. 

Division IV:

Christ Episcopal- Week 3 games: vs. Covington, vs. Riverside. 

Northlake Christian- Week 3 games: vs. International HS of New Orleans. 

Pope John Paul II- Week 3 games: vs. Morris Jeff, vs. Slidell, vs. International HS of New Orleans. 

St. Thomas Aquinas- W 8-0 vs. Liberty. Week 3 games: @ Walker, West Ouachita Shootout. 

Week 3 Preview:

The season kicks off in earnest this week as Northlake, Pope John Paul and Christ all have their first contests, playing up in division. St. Thomas continues to play up in division as well against a solid Walker squad. At the weekend Northlake and St. Thomas will test their depth at the Copa Acadiana and West Ouachita Shootout Tournaments respectively.
