Offense: Ouachita Christian’s Tristan Wiley

Wiley turned in a record-breaking performance last Friday night in a 56-8 win over Delta Charter. The senior wide receiver wowed the spectators in Alexandria as he broke an 11-year old school record for receiving yards in a game with 242 yards on six receptions. Wiley also scored four touchdowns in the game to help keep the Eagles perfect on the year.

The Air Force commit now has over 1,000 yards receiving this season, ranking in the Top 10 amongst all receivers in the state, and has scored 17 touchdowns.

Defense: Covington’s J. Bryce Blackwell

Blackwell was exceptional in a 34-14 district victory over Hammond Friday night. The junior linebacker recorded 12 tackles in the game along with an interception and a fumble return.

Blackwell has 88 total tackles this season as well as a sack, two interceptions and two pass break-ups.
