Scotlandville High School announced Wednesday afternoon that it has parted ways with head football coach Lester Ricard.

The decision to move forward without Ricard at the helm of the Hornets program is the 13th head coaching change in Louisiana high school football following the 2021 regular season.

Ricard compiled a 20-9 overall mark in three seasons at Scotlandville, where he guided the Hornets to the Division I quarterfinals each year. Before his move to Scotlandville, Ricard previously served as head coach at Walker.
