Top LHSAA Football Performances From Week 6

Offense: North Central’s Reginald Stoner

Stoner could be found in just about every play in a Friday night district contest against Westminster Christian. The Crusader athlete accounted for 362 total yards and four touchdowns on the night where he played effectively on offense, defense, and special teams. The wide receiver scored a rushing touchdown, a receiving touchdown, returned a kickoff for a touchdown, picked off a throw, recovered a fumble, and returned for a 53-yard touchdown, and even blocked a point-after attempt.

Defense: Haughton’s Connor Blank

Connor Blank filled up the stat sheet in Haughton’s hard fought 10-7 victory against Airline in district play Friday night. The Buccaneer linebacker accumulated nine tackles, one tackle for a loss, an interception, and a fumble recovery. Blank and the Haughton defense held the opposition to just 70 total yards on the night.
