2022 Preview
The Jaguars look to get back to a competitive level as they drop down to a more manageable Class 2A but remain in strong district with the likes of South Plaquemines.
However, fourth-year coach Kenneth Bush will have his team ready to play and expects his players to compete at the highest level in between the whistle. The Jaguars return 13 total starters which will help to make a difference in those tough non-district games at the beginning of the season.
Despite losing all-district tailback Holden Gonzales to graduation, Bush hopes to see a lot of production from senior Destin Pitre while receiver Jonas Lewis looks to be a go-to target on offense while not defending players on the other side of the ball.
