Henry’s outstanding performances on the diamond have earned her this prestigious accolade, highlighting her excellence both in the pitcher’s circle and at the plate.

A standout athlete and a signee for Southeastern Louisiana, Olivia Henry played an instrumental role in leading Buckeye High School to an undefeated streak for the week. Her contributions were pivotal in securing four victories, showcasing her versatility and skill set.

Henry’s dominance inside the circle was a sight to behold, boasting a remarkable 1.273 ERA over 22 innings of work. Throughout the week, she displayed impeccable control, tallying an impressive 28 strikeouts while issuing only three walks. The highlight of her pitching prowess came in a stellar performance where she threw her second no-hitter of the season, leading Buckeye to a commanding 10-0 victory over Bunkie.

Not content with her remarkable pitching feats alone, Olivia Henry also made significant contributions with her bat. With a batting average of .700 for the week, she proved to be a force to be reckoned with at the plate. Her offensive firepower included three extra-base hits and an impressive tally of six runs batted in, solidifying her status as a dual-threat player.
