Junior Kayla Giardina went 3-0 in the circle and did not allow a run in 14 innings of work this past week. The Southern Miss commit turned in her 300th career strikeout over the weekend while tossing two no-hitters, highlighted by 19 strikeouts against Belle Chasse and 12 against Pearl River. At the plate, Giardina batted .364 with seven RBI as well as a home run to help the Lady Chipmunks finish the week unblemished and without giving up a single run.
