GIRL’S BASKETBALL
Leesville’s Shyann McCummings Joins 1,000 Point Club
The Lady Cats welcomed the newest member to their 1,000 career point club on December 29 as Shyann McCummings achieved the milestone in a spectacular performance against Bolton.
The junior student-athlete was recognized by her peers and coaches before Thursday’s contest with a plaque and commemorative basketball.

Catholic’s Tate McCurry Enjoys Career Scoring Milestone
Tate McCurry achieved 1,000 career points last month and was celebrated for his accomplishment Friday night.
McCurry is only a junior and has helped lead the defending Select Division I state champion to nine victories so far on the season.
