GIRL’S BASKETBALL
French Settlement’s Stella Allison Records 1,000 Career Point
Allison, a sophomore at French Settlement, hit 1,000 career points scored on December 12 against Springfield.
French Settlement is 14-5 so far on the year and currently sits sixth in the LHSAA Non-Select Division III playoff power rankings.

Pickering’s Landon Cupit Nails Seven 3-Point Shots In District Win
Landon Cupit led Pickering High School to a 73-59 district win over Rosepine back on January 12.
Cupit made seven three-pointers including six in the first half. The Red Devils are currently ranked second in the Non-Select Division IV power rankings.
St. Thomas More’s Michael Mouton Shines In Double-Double Effort Against Southside
Michael Mouton, a senior from St. Thomas More, had a double-double this past Friday, January 12, against Southside High School with 22 points, 15 rebounds, and 5 assists.
The Cougars have won 11 consecutive contests and rank first in the Select Division I power ratings.
