Boys’s Player of the Week: Kenneth Hall, Junior, Forward, St. Charles Catholic

Stat Line (Jan. 15-20): 25.5 PPG, 10.5 RBG, 2.1 APG, 2.5 BPG, 6.1 SPG

In a thrilling showcase of skill and determination, St. Charles Catholic High School’s junior forward, Kenneth Hall, has been named the Boys Basketball Player of the Week, an honor proudly presented by Visit Lake Charles. This weekly accolade recognizes outstanding excellence on the court, and Hall’s performances truly stood out.

Last week, Hall showcased his prowess in leading the Comets to two impressive victories, highlighting his instrumental role in the team’s success. The first notable triumph came in a double-digit victory over Class 5A opponent Bonnabel, where Hall’s stellar contributions were pivotal. He demonstrated an incredible display of talent, recording 28 points and securing 10 rebounds, leading his team to victory.

Not content with just one outstanding performance, Kenneth Hall continued to shine in the following game against Ascension Christian. Once again, he notched a double-double, showcasing his versatility and consistency on the court. His remarkable contributions during the week were nothing short of extraordinary, setting the standard for excellence among his peers.

As a result of Hall’s stellar performances, St. Charles Catholic High School now boasts an impressive 14-3 record for the season. Their remarkable achievements have propelled them to the No. 6 spot in the Select Division III power ratings, solidifying their standing as a formidable force in high school basketball.
